Our Return Policy

You can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in original condition with tags attached and unused. Here’s the scoop:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Surfboard Fins (for hygiene reasons once installed)
  • Surfboard Traction pads (once removed from packaging)
  • Surfboard Leashes that show signs of use
  • Any items marked as final sale

How to Return or Exchange

Making a return is as easy as paddling out on a calm day:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our crew will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package It Up – Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our headquarters at:

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem!

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
  3. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process the return

Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for standard, 15-25 days for free shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Carver Surfskate, Hamboard, or other gear arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For our global riders (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
