We specialize in high-performance surf and skate gear including Boogie Boards, Carver Surfskates, Hamboards, surfboard accessories (bags, fins, leashes, traction pads), and more. Our products are designed for riders who demand quality whether they’re carving waves or concrete.
How do I choose the right surfboard fins for my board?
The right fins depend on your board type and riding style. Our FCS II fins offer premium performance for different conditions. Email us at [email protected] with your board details and we’ll help you pick the perfect set!
Are your Carver Surfskates suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Carver Surfskates are great for both beginners learning to carve and experienced riders looking for that surf-like feel on land. We recommend starting with their CX truck models for the most stable ride.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Dakine Shop ship to?
We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Our Denver-based team processes all orders with the same care we’d want for our own gear.
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
We process orders in 1-2 business days – we carefully check every surfboard bag and fin before shipping to ensure perfection. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International orders may require customs clearance. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and aren’t included in your order total. Check with your local customs office for estimates.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer easy 15-day returns from the date you receive your gear. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Some exclusions apply (see full policy at checkout).
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take pride in secure packaging, but if your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
